Josh, the owner and director of J and K Projects is what we like to call a bit of a building nerd. Using his left and right sides of his brain, Josh is creative and solution focussed, always able to come up with interesting and original ideas for clients in the concept phase. Josh is also meticulous when it comes to the building process, with a keen eye for detail and an understanding that all the little things count, Josh will always ensure that clients are 100% satisfied with their completed product. Josh has been in the building industry for 20 years and has honed and developed his craft over this time.
Kat is the “front of house” of J and K Projects, organising site meetings with clients, discussing finishes and design ideas and bringing a little sparkle to J and K. Kat has worked alongside Josh for 10 years and is communicative, professional and will ensure that the client facing side of the building process runs smoothly from concept to completion.
Dean is the Head Carpenter of J and K Projects and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the business. With over 20 years in the construction industry Dean prides himself on his strong work ethic, perfectionist nature and friendly easy going nature. We recently had a client enjoy working with Dean so much they requested we fly him to the other side of the country to complete their next renovation for them and we think that sums up how valuable Dean is perfectly!
Jacob is the newest member of J and K Projects and is our second year apprentice. Jacob is learning the ropes quickly and confidently under strong mentorship from Dean and Josh. Jacob’s skills have developed significantly over the two years he has been working with J and K Projects and we know he’s going to be an excellent tradesman when he finishes his apprenticeship.
